Delete Formula
Deleting an formula removes it from the system, ensuring it is no longer available for use. A formula cannot be deleted if it is currently used within the system.
Steps to Delete a Formula
Navigate to the Formulas Section
Click on the Business Rules icon in the Primary Navigation Bar.
Click on the Formulas icon under the Business Rules Module.
The Formulas section will open, displaying the list of formulas in the Secondary Left Panel on the left side.
Select the Formula to Delete
Hover over the formula you wish to delete in the Secondary Left Panel.
The kebab menu (three vertical dots) will appear next to the formula.
Initiate Formula Deletion
Click the kebab menu (three vertical dots) next to the formula.
From the dropdown menu, select Delete.
Confirm Deletion
If the formula is currently in use, the Delete option will be disabled, preventing deletion.
If the formula is not in use, a confirmation dialog will appear.
Click Delete to proceed with the deletion or Cancel to abort the operation.
