Delete View

Deleting a View removes it from the system, but this action is only available if the view has not been used within the system.

Steps to Delete a View

1. Navigate to the Entities Page

   • Select the desired entity from the Secondary Left Panel

   • The Entity page will appear on the right side, displaying the entity's title and description in the header.

   • Under the selected entity, click on Views. This will display the list of existing Views for that entity on the right side of the page.

2. Locate the View to Delete

   • Open the Views page, which lists all views defined for this entity.

3. Initiate View Deletion

   • Hover over the view you wish to delete.

   • Click on the ... icon next to the view name.

   • Select Delete from the dropdown menu.

     

If the notification is in use, the Delete option will be disabled

1. Confirm Deletion

   • Click Delete to confirm the removal, or Cancel to abort the process.
