Delete Notification

Deleting a notification removes it from the system, ensuring it is no longer available for use. A notification cannot be deleted if it is currently used within the system.

Steps to Delete a Notification

1. Navigate to the Notifications Section

   • Click on the Notifications icon in the Primary Navigation Bar.

   • The Notifications section will open, displaying the list of notifications in the Secondary Left Panel on the left side.

2. Select the Notification to Delete

   • Hover over the notification you wish to delete in the Secondary Left Panel.

   • The kebab menu (three vertical dots) will appear next to the notification.

     
3. Initiate Notification Deletion

   • Click the kebab menu (three vertical dots) next to the notification.

   • From the dropdown menu, select Delete.

4. Confirm Deletion

   • If the notification is currently in use, the Delete option will be disabled, and you will not be able to proceed with the deletion.

   • If the notification is not in use, a confirmation dialog will appear.

   • In the confirmation dialog, review the details of the notification to be deleted.

   • Click Delete to proceed with the deletion or Cancel to abort the operation.

     

• If the notification is used, the Delete option will be disabled.

• If the notification is not in use, a confirmation dialog will appear.
