Edit Configuration

Editing a configuration allows you to update its description. The configuration name and properties cannot be edited.

Steps to Edit a Configuration

1. Navigate to the Configurations Section

   • Click the Data icon in the Primary Left Panel.

   • Select Configurations to open the Secondary Left Panel, displaying the list of defined configurations.

2. Select the Configuration to Edit

   • Hover over the desired configuration in the list within the Secondary Left Panel.

   • Click on the kebab menu (three vertical dots) that appears.

     
3. Initiate Configuration Editing

   • Select the Edit option from the dropdown menu.

4. Edit Configuration Description

   • A drawer will open where you can update the configuration description:

     • Description:

       • Update the description as needed, ensuring it is between 0 and 400 characters long.

       • Validation rules:

         1. The description length should be between 0 and 400 characters.

5. Submit the Changes

   • Click the Update button to save the changes.

     
   • The updated configuration description will be reflected on the Configuration Page.

Editing a configuration's description allows you to keep the information current and relevant, ensuring it accurately describes the configuration's role and purpose.
