Configure Template Status

The Notification Status feature enables you to manage the activation of notifications and configure the status of individual templates.

Steps to Configure Notification Status

1. Navigate to the Notification Page

   • Click on the Notifications icon in the Primary Navigation Bar.

   • Select the desired notification from the Secondary Left Panel.

2. Access Notification Status

   • Click on the Notification Status button in the Tabs & Actions Bar.

   • This opens the Status Drawer.

     
3. Configure Notification Status

   • Enabled Toggle (Entire Notification)

     • Use the Enabled toggle to activate or deactivate the entire notification.

   • Templates Status Section

     • Configure the status of the e-mail template associated with the notification:

       • Email: Toggle to enable or disable the Email template.

The Templates Status section is only available if the notification is enabled. If the notification is disabled, this section will be inactive.

1. Submit Changes

   • Click Update to save the configuration.
