Query Outputs Options
The Output Options section allows users to configure how the query results are presented and managed. This includes settings to control data uniqueness, pagination, and data locking. Proper configuration of these options ensures the query results meet specific needs and expectations.
Steps to Configure Output Options
Access the Output Options
Navigate to the Output Options section within the Query Outputs tab.
Configure Output Settings
Is Distinct: Check this option to ensure the query results include unique records. When selected, duplicate entries will be filtered out from the results.
Is Paginated: Enable pagination if you want the results to be displayed across multiple pages. This setting helps manage large datasets by breaking them into smaller, more manageable chunks.
No Lock: Toggle this setting to enable or disable data locking for the query results. When "No Lock" is selected, data locking is disabled, allowing changes to the data even during specific operations. This setting ensures flexibility in managing the data without restrictions.
Save Configuration
After configuring the output options, click the Save button to apply the changes.
If the Save button is not clicked, your configuration changes will not be preserved and will be lost when navigating away from the page.
Modify Options
You can adjust the output options even if the query is currently in use.

Always remember to click Save to preserve any changes you make to the output settings.
