Query Sorting

The Query Sorting section allows users to arrange the query results based on one or more selected properties.

Steps to Configure Query Sorting

  1. Access the Sorting Options

    • Navigate to the Query Sorting section within the Query Outputs tab.

    • This section provides options to define how the query results should be ordered.

  2. Add Sorting Criteria

    • Add Multiple Sort Criteria

      • Multiple sorting rules can be defined to refine the order of the results. Each sorting rule is applied in the sequence it is added, allowing for multi-level sorting.

      • To add a new sorting criterion, click the Add Sort button and select the property by which you want to sort.

        • You can repeat this process to add additional sorting rules, allowing for complex sorting logic.

  3. Configure Sorting Order

    • Ascending or Descending

      • For each sorting criterion, choose the sorting direction: ascending or descending. Ascending order arranges results from smallest to largest, while descending order does the reverse.

  4. Save Sorting Configuration

    • After configuring the sorting criteria, click the Save button to apply the changes.

    • Remember to click Save to preserve the sorting settings. Unsaved changes will be lost upon navigating away from the page.
