Delete Placeholder

Deleting a placeholder allows you to remove it from a notification, but this action is only available if the notification has not been used within the system.

Steps to Delete a Placeholder

1. Navigate to the Notification Page

   • Select the desired notification from the Secondary Left Panel

   • The Notification page will appear on the right side, displaying the notification’s title and description in the header.

2. Locate the Placeholder to Delete

   • Open the Placeholders tab, which lists all placeholders defined for this notification.

3. Initiate Placeholder Deletion

   • Hover over the placeholder you wish to delete.

   • Click on the ... icon next to the placeholder name.

   • Select Delete from the dropdown menu.

     

If the notification is in use, the Delete option will be disabled

1. Confirm Deletion

   • Click Delete to confirm the removal, or Cancel to abort the process.
