Delete Lookup

Deleting a lookup removes it from the system.

A lookup can only be deleted if it is not referenced or used elsewhere in the system.

Steps to Delete a Lookup

  1. Navigate to the Lookups Section

    • Click the Data icon in the Primary Left Panel to expand the menu.

    • Select Lookups to open the Secondary Left Panel displaying the list of defined lookups.

  2. Initiate the Deletion Process

    • From the Secondary Left Panel, hover over the lookup you want to delete.

    • Click on the kebab menu (three vertical dots) that appears.

    • Select the Delete option from the menu.

  3. Confirm Deletion

    • A confirmation dialog will appear to verify the deletion.

    • Click Confirm to delete the lookup.

    • Note: If the lookup is being referenced or used elsewhere in the system, you will not be able to delete it.
