Edit Lookup

Editing Lookup allows you to modify its description.

The Lookup Name cannot be changed once it is created.

Steps to Edit a Lookup

  1. Navigate to the Lookups Section

    • Click the Data icon in the Primary Left Panel to expand the menu.

    • Select Lookups to open the Secondary Left Panel displaying the Lookups list.

  2. Initiate the Edit Process

    • From the Secondary Left Panel, hover over the Lookup you want to edit.

    • Click on the kebab menu (three vertical dots) that appears.

    • Select the Edit option from the menu.

  3. Modify Lookup Details

    • An Edit Lookup Drawer will open to update the lookup details:

      • Description

        • Provide an updated description between 0 and 400 characters long, detailing the lookup structure, contents, and purpose.

        • Validation rules:

          1. The description length should be between 0 and 400 characters.

  4. Submit the Changes

    • Click the Submit button to save the changes.

    • The updated Lookup will reflect on the header of the Lookup page.
