Delete Sub-Lookup

Deleting a sub-lookup removes it from the current lookup. Ensure that the sub-lookup is not in use before deleting it.

Steps to Delete a Sub-Lookup

  1. Navigate to the Lookup Page

    • Click on the Data icon in the Primary Left Panel.

    • Select Lookups to open the Secondary Left Panel, displaying the list of defined lookups.

  2. Select the Lookup to Configure

    • Click on the desired lookup from the list in the Secondary Left Panel.

    • The lookup page will open on the right side of the panel.

  3. Initiate Deleting a Sub-Lookup

    • Locate the Sub-Lookups table on the lookup page.

    • Hover over the sub-lookup you wish to delete and click the "..." icon (three horizontal dots).

    • Select Delete from the dropdown menu.

  4. Confirm Deletion

    • Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog that appears.

    • The sub-lookup will be removed from the Sub-Lookups table.

A sub-lookup cannot be deleted if it is referenced or used elsewhere in the system.
